• Design, implement, and deploy advanced motion planning and control algorithms that enable robots to move with precision, robustness, and efficiency across diverse environments. • Work on navigation, trajectory generation, and motion control for various robotic platforms. • Collaborate across autonomy layers to ensure seamless coordination between perception, planning, and control for robust real-world performance. • Build and maintain testing pipelines from unit-level validation to full robot deployment. • Investigate and resolve issues arising from field deployments through structured data analysis and debugging.

• Identify and model the dynamic behavior of autonomous vehicles to establish accurate baselines for motion planning. • Adapt and train control models to transition between diverse vehicle platforms. • Develop, optimize, and implement robust control stacks across the fleet to ensure safe and reliable operations. • Evaluate advanced control schemes for varying vehicle architectures. • Design and implement computationally efficient control and planning algorithms tailored to the hardware and compute limitations. • Verify and validate new control schemes directly on physical robots, overcoming bottlenecks when porting controllers to new platforms. • Lead architectural design discussions for controller level safety layer. • Develop and implement robust low-latency safety behaviors for our vehicle fleets operating in unstructured environments. • Deploy theoretical control schemes and multi-agent behaviors onto real-world robots operating in demanding, dynamic environments. • Serve as a resident planning and controls expert, filling critical knowledge gaps and guiding technical strategy for the engineering team.

• Own a portfolio of strategic construction enterprise accounts and drive multi-year revenue growth through land, expand, and renew motions • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, engaging executives, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders • Develop account strategies that align FieldAI’s autonomy, perception, and mapping capabilities with construction business objectives and operational KPIs • Act as the primary customer owner, coordinating across solutions engineering, product, and customer success • Identify expansion opportunities across additional deployments, job sites, and construction use cases • Represent FieldAI in executive briefings, on-site meetings, and construction industry events • Provide structured customer feedback to inform product direction, packaging, and go-to-market strategy • Support and mentor other enterprise sellers as the construction GTM motion scales
