Role Description As part of Hostinger’s Localization team, you will own the end-to-end delivery of localization projects across Product and Marketing content, ensuring high-quality and timely launches across our global markets. Working in an agile environment, you will play a key role in evolving our localization operating model by: - Building scalable processes - Identifying opportunities to enhance automation and operational efficiency - Strengthening collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders - Using data and performance insights to prioritize initiatives that bring the highest business value By combining strong project management with a proactive improvement mindset, you will operate in a delivery-focused, improvement-driven environment where your work directly supports Hostinger’s global growth and market expansion. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Managing localization projects end-to-end in an Agile environment - Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across Product and Marketing content - Identifying opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and increase intelligent automation across systems - Contributing to AI-first workflow implementation and quality guardrails - Using hands-on CAT tools competencies to improve workflow efficiency and routing - Collaborating closely with stakeholders on tooling and optimization initiatives - Proactively managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships - Improving planning, input quality, and collaboration standards - Identifying improvement opportunities alongside BAU delivery - Monitoring industry trends and continuously elevating localization best practices Qualifications - 3+ years of Project Management experience - Experience working in Agile project management environments - Proven hands-on project delivery ownership - Strong stakeholder management in cross-functional environments and communication skills - Strategic and business-oriented mindset - Growth-oriented and continuous improvement mindset - Demonstrated ability to optimize processes while managing BAU operations Requirements - Project Management experience in Tech or SaaS environments (nice to have) - Hands-on CAT tools experience (nice to have) - Marketing experience (nice to have) - Deep localization industry knowledge (nice to have) - UX writing or Product content background (nice to have) - Experience with AI agents, workflow automation concepts, or system-level optimization mindset (nice to have) - Experience with AI-assisted localization workflows (nice to have) - Phrase hands-on experience (or experience with modern TMS platforms) (nice to have) Benefits - 🚀 360 Growth: Limitless learning opportunities, access to platforms like Reforge and CoachHub, global conferences, feedback culture, digital libraries, and industry-leading subscriptions.
