Role Description As part of Hostinger’s affiliate marketing team, you’ll be responsible for expanding and optimizing our affiliate partner network across Europe. The main markets in this region are France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Austria. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our performance marketing, product, and regional growth teams to scale partnerships and drive sustainable growth. Your day-to-day - Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across Europe (mainly France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Austria). - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates. - Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and ensure continuous partner performance improvement. - Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to grow Hostinger’s visibility and revenue. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activities. - Monitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth-oriented optimizations. - Leverage automation and AI tools in your daily work to increase efficiency and partner engagement. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management. - Strong understanding of the European digital and affiliate landscape and knowledge of local affiliates, such as main news and technology websites, main coupon websites, digital communities, etc. - Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - General proficiency in using AI and automation tools in daily workflows. - Fluent in English and French.
