This fully remote role will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and product specification to commercial close—for key verticals including meat processing, spice blending, baking, and potato industries. You will serve as the technical face of our business, translating ingredient science into clear value propositions that address customer challenges. - Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty food ingredients across Germany and neighbouring countries. - Identify and qualify new prospects within pet food manufacturers and human food processors, building a robust pipeline. - Deliver technical presentations and conduct on-site or virtual trials to demonstrate product performance. - Collaborate closely with R&D to adapt formulations, drive innovation, and support new product development. - Manage pricing negotiations, contract proposals, and order forecasting to achieve or exceed sales targets. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, and translate insights into actionable plans.
