• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, insight-driven reporting and analytics to support Compass International Holdings (CIH) Leads operations & customer insights. • Lead and develop a data & analytics team, fostering growth, collaboration, and a data-driven culture. • Oversee and manage the team’s GitLab repository, ensuring version control, workflow management, and structured documentation of code, pipelines, and automations. • Maintain and organize the team’s Confluence documentation, including process maps, data flow diagrams, technical specifications, and analytical methodologies. • Manage the Jira board to track and prioritize analytics initiatives, ensuring timely and transparent delivery across stakeholders. • Partner with internal stakeholders to transition reporting from legacy systems (e.g., MS Access, Cognos, etc.) to Snowflake / Databricks for automated and scalable reporting. • Leverage Python and SQL to build data models, automate workflows, and perform advanced data analysis supporting network operations, partner programs, and performance reporting. • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that inform leadership decisions and support operational excellence. • Create and maintain clear data definitions, process documentation, and data lineage mapping to improve accuracy and transparency across reporting. • Provide program performance insights and recommendations that influence partner strategies, broker performance initiatives, and network growth. • Champion a data-drive culture by continuously optimizing tools, processes, and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of demonstrated performance in data modeling and analytics.
- Ability to manipulate and drive insights from large, disparate, datasets.
- Proven ability to extract insights and to tell a story with data.
- Expertise in managing GitLab for collaborative analytics workflows.
- Expert in data visualization (i.e PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and its core concepts.
- Technical development skills to include but not limited to MS Access, SQL, VBA, and Python.
