Role Description The Ecommerce & Brand Integrity Manager will own the strategy and execution for online marketplace performance and brand protection across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and future ecommerce platforms. This role ensures product visibility, drives ecommerce growth, and safeguards brand equity through compliance and IP enforcement. The ideal candidate combines expertise in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, and brand protection to deliver a best-in-class online presence. Location: Remote with flexibility for periodic travel to headquarters and key customer meetings. Reports To: VP, Retail Sales (Walmart USA, Walmart Canada, Canadian Tire & eCommerce) Key Responsibilities - Ecommerce Strategy & Growth: - Manage product listings, content optimization, and pricing strategies across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and emerging platforms. - Own the relationship with Cart.com and strategically leverage its capabilities to enhance eCommerce performance and operational efficiency. - Monitor ecommerce KPIs (sales, conversion, traffic) and implement strategies to improve performance. - Collaborate with marketing on Amazon Advertising campaigns, Walmart Connect, and SEO initiatives to maximize discoverability. - Partner with supply chain and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy and fulfillment efficiency. - Brand Integrity & Compliance: - Implement IP enforcement tools and processes to protect brand assets and prevent unauthorized sellers. - Monitor marketplace compliance and resolve violations promptly. - Maintain brand guidelines across all ecommerce platforms. - Analytics & Reporting: - Pull and analyze data from Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace dashboards, and internal systems. - Create performance reports and actionable insights for leadership. - Recommend strategies based on trends and competitive analysis. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing. - Experience implementing brand protection strategies, including IP enforcement and compliance monitoring across online marketplaces. - Proven track record of driving online sales growth and maintaining brand integrity. Preferred Skills - Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Advertising, and marketplace management. - Familiarity with IP enforcement tools and brand protection strategies. - Strong understanding of SEO and ecommerce content optimization. - Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
