Marketing & Brand Manager
Sereact
• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness. • Analyze customer behavior, buying patterns, and regional market dynamics to inform campaigns and positioning. • Track and report on key performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates, etc.) and continuously optimize marketing efforts. • Partner with sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and customer acquisition strategies. • Own and evolve the company’s brand identity across all channels. • Lead content creation efforts including case studies, videos, social media, and website content. • Plan, execute, and optimize trade shows, conferences, and industry events. • Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand exposure in key markets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or growth roles, preferably in B2B or technology-driven companies.
- Proven track record of driving market growth and increasing brand awareness in startup or high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and field marketing initiatives.
- Experience analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to inform strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive revenue outcomes.
