About the team The GTM Partnership team at Airwallex is a collaborative group of dealmakers, partner managers and partner experience builders with a vision to build a thriving ecosystem of partners and developers who expand Airwallex's reach and enhance its offerings as the leading global financial platform. What you'll do The Partnerships Strategy Manager will have the unique opportunity to lead and manage the overall performance of the Airwallex Partner Program through the creation and execution of plans and initiatives focused on the fast adoption and revenue growth of Airwallex offerings through partners. The ideal candidate will find creative solutions to increase the capabilities and overall contributions of the partner ecosystem through an Airwallex Partner Program aligned to company goals and objectives. This role requires a builder and a change agent mentality with the ability to work cross-functionally and have excellent organizational and communication skills. You will report to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations and have the opportunity to work closely with the Airwallex executive staff, sales leadership, product management, operations, IT, enablement and marketing. The role is based in Singapore. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the overall performance of the Airwallex Partner Program through the creation and execution of plans and initiatives focused on the fast adoption and revenue growth of Airwallex's Partner Program - Collaborate with executive staff, sales leadership, product management, operations, IT, enablement and marketing to develop and design new initiatives for the partner program - Own the design of the Airwallex Partner Program and work with key stakeholders to drive the implementation of the program components in market - Develop, execute and manage all partner pricing, incentives and promotional offerings - Own and execute recruitment and awareness initiatives for the Airwallex partner program to ensure continued partner growth and success - Define and manage program governance and develop solutions and initiatives to drive continued partner ecosystem growth, skills and partner productivity - Deliver and communicate product and program launches to partners, partner sales and direct sales teams - Establish and report on critical partner program KPIs to facilitate growth, manage investment and ensure alignment to company priorities and objectives Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications: - 5+ years experience with Partner Program Management or Partner Enablement - Experience managing Global Partner Programs and initiatives (including referral, partner enablement and recruitment) - Experience managing Partnerstack or similar Partner tooling - Track record of driving performance and revenue growth managing Partner Programs - Executive presence and communication skills including the ability to clearly convey complex information and partner value to leadership and sales teams - Proven track record demonstrating initiative and ability to execute - Strong analytical skills: interpret data, feedback and KPIs to accelerate business results - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach towards partner success - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partner enablement initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve the program continuously.
