Regional Director, Sales & Recruiting

Integrity Marketing Group LLC

• Recruit, coach, and support agents to sell Medicare plans to consumers • Answer questions and guide agents through Medicare sales-related situations • Promote Berwick benefits to agent and agency partners • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local carrier representatives • Work with the team to achieve sales goals and maximize company growth • Model a high level of professionalism and integrity in every interaction

Job Requirements

  • Valid health insurance license or ability to obtain one
  • Proven sales, training, and management experience
  • High level of integrity and competitive team player
  • Assertive, goal-oriented, positive, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and personal accountability
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime if necessary
  • Medicare sales experience (preferred)

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience preferred. - 3 - 5 years of experience in an Administrative or Coordinator role, supporting a Talent Acquisition team preferred. - Experience working in iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System) and Workday (HCM). - Proficient in AI Tools, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. - Excellent customer service; handling hiring manager and candidate communications with confidence. - Strong organization and time management skills. - Impeccable attention to detail. - Understanding of the talent acquisition process and requisition management preferred.
