As a Business Development Partner, you will: - Strategize and develop sales strategies to ensure long-term growth in sales, revenue and market share - Establish partnerships with existing and potential accounts to increase sales - Manage existing customer relationships while looking for new opportunities - Utilize CRM, email campaigns, and other digital marketing platforms to increase customer engagement - Analyze competitor positions and trends to identify areas of opportunity - Create compelling presentations, business models, and executive summaries to the executive team - Monitor customer feedback and respond accordingly - Assist with the development and implementation of processes related to sales Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - Previous experience in sales/business development/marketing - An understanding of the Dubai market and industry trends - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota - Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Highly organized, with a strong aptitude for problem solving - Ability to think outside the box and strategically drive sales
