Role Description CareerDubai is seeking an ambitious and articulate Business Development Partner to lead our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will shape our marketing and business development strategy, build a robust sales pipeline, develop relationships with prospective customers, and generate lasting value for our organization. This is an influential role, so to be successful, you must be an enthusiastic sales professional who is passionate about driving business growth. You should be creative and analytical, leveraging data to drive decisions. As a Business Development Partner, you will: - Strategize and develop sales strategies to ensure long-term growth in sales, revenue and market share - Establish partnerships with existing and potential accounts to increase sales - Manage existing customer relationships while looking for new opportunities - Utilize CRM, email campaigns, and other digital marketing platforms to increase customer engagement - Analyze competitor positions and trends to identify areas of opportunity - Create compelling presentations, business models, and executive summaries to the executive team - Monitor customer feedback and respond accordingly - Assist with the development and implementation of processes related to sales Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - Previous experience in sales/business development/marketing - An understanding of the Dubai market and industry trends - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota - Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Highly organized, with a strong aptitude for problem solving - Ability to think outside the box and strategically drive sales
