Sales Development Representative, Organic
Gym Launch
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Consistently schedule qualified sales meetings for the BC team • Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day • Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in relevant CRM • Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time • Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM • Educate prospects on our products from an expert perspective • Allow the Director of Marketing and members of our leadership team to oversee and review conversations to give feedback • Available most days from 9 am-5 pm local time to take social media conversations • Flexible to adjust hours to create maximum calendar coverage (ie. rotating into weekend or PM shafts) • Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to formulate ideas on how to best bring value to our prospects • Encourage engagement with members in our community platforms • Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from Gym Launch clients and report to the Director of Marketing and Director of Coaching • Collaborate with Director of Marketing to ensure smooth transitions from prospect to qualified sales opportunity
Job Requirements
- Efficient with Instagram, Facebook and general social media platforms and behaviors.
- Exceptional over the phone / FB / video conference (this is a requirement)
- Experience with business to business (B2B) sales (1-2+ years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive Attitude: Embrace challenges with a positive mindset and a strong desire to keep learning and growing professionally
- Excited to contribute to community management platforms and encourage activity & participation & conversion of group members.
- Extremely self-motivated with the ability to work independently and also within a team environment
