Display Ads Manager

CoVet

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of display, video, and other paid media campaigns that support both acquisition and brand goals • Assess and recommend channel expansion opportunities based on audience fit, campaign goals, market maturity, and expected return • Build testing frameworks for creative, audience, messaging, and placement strategy, and use those learnings to improve performance over time • Work closely with the design team and leadership to guide the development of new creative assets across static, video, and campaign-based formats • Contribute to the development of brand campaigns in partnership with the Head of Marketing, while maintaining a strong focus on performance efficiency and measurable outcomes • Support multi-market execution, adapting campaigns where needed for different stages of growth, audience maturity, and regional priorities • Bring structure and clarity to campaign reporting, helping the company understand what is working, where creative is landing, and where media investment should be increased, refined, or paused • Help ensure that paid media operations are scalable, resilient, and not overly dependent on any one individual

Job Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in paid media across display, video, and performance-oriented campaigns
  • A balanced understanding of brand building and direct-response marketing
  • Experience managing meaningful ad budgets across businesses at different stages of growth, from startup environments to more scaled programs
  • A strong testing mindset and the ability to translate data into clear action
  • Experience working closely with designers or creative teams to shape campaign assets
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and campaign needs shift quickly
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions

High Performance Computing (HPC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business as a HPC SME at GDIT. - Provide data analysis and expert recommendations to advance utilization of HPC resources. - Support the DoD High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP). - Join a team of innovative engineers and computational scientists. - Build collaborative relationships with the HPC community to understand customer technology needs and challenges. - Serve as a customer-facing presence for the DoD science and technology community. - Provide SME advice for new initiatives, ongoing projects, and support needs. - Remote position with occasional travel for meetings; must be available during core hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
