Essa oportunidade pode ser para você! A TownSq está em busca de um(a) Referência Técnica Contábil para compor o nosso time de Global BPO. Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir a qualidade dos fechamentos financeiros e contábeis de múltiplas entidades, apoiando operações complexas, contribuindo para a evolução dos processos e auxiliando o time operacional nas demandas do dia a dia. A posição exige comunicação em inglês e capacidade de atuar de forma estratégica e colaborativa em um ambiente de serviços financeiros centralizados. Como será o seu dia a dia: - Executar fechamento contábil mensal (month-end close) de múltiplas entidades; - Preparar e revisar Financial Packages e demonstrações financeiras; - Realizar conciliações bancárias e de contas patrimoniais; - Revisar lançamentos contábeis, accruals, deferrals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets e reserves; - Desenvolver e manter schedules de amortização, depreciação e supporting reports; - Apoiar processos de budget e análises financeiras; - Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de AP (Accounts Payables), AR (Accounts Receivables), Support e Implementation e Ongoing para resolução de inconsistências; - Auxiliar na investigação e resolução de diferenças contábeis e financeiras; - Apoiar processos de onboarding e implementação de novos clientes; - Participar de reuniões com clientes, boards e parceiros, quando necessário; - Garantir organização e documentação adequada dos processos e controles executados; - Propor melhorias contínuas em processos operacionais e financeiros; - Auxiliar na padronização operacional e criação de materiais internos; - Apoiar iniciativas de automação, análise de dados e eficiência operacional; - Desenvolver análises e controles utilizando ferramentas tecnológicas; - Atuar de forma colaborativa junto aos especialistas operacionais do time; - Executar outras atividades correlatas conforme necessidade operacional. Qualifications - Inglês avançado para leitura, escrita, escuta e participação em reuniões com clientes; - Experiência com fechamento contábil mensal; - Experiência com reconciliações contábeis e bancárias; - Capacidade analítica e atenção a detalhes; - Organização e gestão de tempo; - Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; - Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade; - Facilidade para trabalhar em ambiente dinâmico e com múltiplas demandas; - Excel avançado; - Dinamismo na solução de problemas. Role Description Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street) is seeking to hire a Reasonable Accommodations Support Analyst to support clients within the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Departmental Office of Civil Rights (DOCR).
