Senior Analyst, Analytics and Insights – Programmatic

• Client-facing lead responsible for communication campaign strategy, reviewing campaign-based insights and providing a story-telling interpretation to provided insights • Work with clients to understand key business challenges and design analytic and testing plans to derive actionable intelligence. • Own campaign performance and reporting insights while recommending opportunities for optimization (ex. running additional channels, updating current targeting strategy, pitching new analyses to help with client’s business challenges/objectives). • Reviewing performance of models across revenue, performance, and pacing. • Design and implement tests to evaluate model and feature performance. • Working with internal teams and stakeholders to determine measurement tools and products are appropriate for addressing client business challenges. • Develop innovative measurement tools and solutions • Consult with clients regarding development & alignment of marketing programs across on-line channels. • Determine set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization modeling requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of optimization efforts. Part of internal team discussions to help set up campaigns for success. • Communicate campaign optimization results to clients to prove value against original business goals.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with SQL and Excel/pivot tables.
  • Experience in a digital media/Programmatic analytics role
  • Experience puling & putting together audience insights reports
  • Experience with VBA/Excel Macros, Tableau, Python, SAS or other data manipulation tools a plus.
  • A great communicator who is able to convey complex technical features in simple terms.
  • Someone with an aptitude for media and strategy and able to contextually relay concepts to clients.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize among several high-profile clients.
  • Have a high degree of creativity, attention to detail, self-motivation, and drive.
  • Eagerness to work in a startup team environment that will be rapidly changing
  • Enthusiastic team player with a penchant for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Nerdy but loveable.
  • Data driven, technical, self-starting and curious.
  • Excellent presentation/visualization/storytelling skills with PowerPoint.

Role Description Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street) is seeking to hire a Reasonable Accommodations Support Analyst to support clients within the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Departmental Office of Civil Rights (DOCR). This position is to be performed remotely and is contingent upon the award. - The RA Support Analyst manages the end-to-end "Interactive Process" for reasonable accommodation requests, including: - Determining eligibility under the Rehabilitation Act, Title VII (Religion), and the PWFA (Pregnancy). - Evaluating medical documentation. - Drafting formal decision recommendations. - Case Intake & Management: - Acknowledge receipt of new cases within two business days. - Maintain detailed records and submit comprehensive performance reports tracking milestones, durations, and service hours. - Adjudication & Analysis: - Determine if requesters meet statutory qualifications for accommodations. - Assess the sufficiency of medical/supporting documentation to establish disability or functional limitations. - Prepare formal requests for additional medical information when necessary. - Essential Functions Review: - Partner with supervisors and hiring officials within two business days to clarify essential job functions and operational considerations relative to each request. - The Interactive Process: - Initiate discussions with employees/applicants within three business days. - Collaborate with Federal Occupational Health (FOH) to determine medical suitability. - Facilitate discussions between managers and employees to identify effective, feasible accommodations or alternatives. - Decision Drafting: - Within 20 business days of assignment, produce a formal draft decision letter including: - A summary of facts, medical findings, and essential function analysis. - A clear recommendation for approval, alternative accommodation, or denial. - A documented rationale for the recommended path. - Compliance & Reporting: - Notify the Agency immediately (within one business day) if an individual is deemed "not qualified" or if a request is found to be unfeasible.
