Circana
Role Description We are seeking an Account Manager to support client relationships for our platform clients within the CPG and OTC industries. In this role, you will work directly with household brand names, partnering with clients to develop and deliver actionable media execution recommendations aligned with strategic and research objectives. Beyond working on complex and rewarding projects within a collaborative team, the Account Manager organization serves as the voice of the client within Circana—helping to drive product quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced industry. - Build and maintain relationships with junior- to mid-level advertising agency and media publisher partners across engagements within Circana’s solution suite. - Execute analyses and perform comprehensive quality assurance checks on Circana data to generate insights and recommendations for clients. - Independently manage and execute workflows across targeting, optimization, measurement, and clean room processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - Support client needs with responsiveness and efficiency, demonstrating strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to quality and exceptional client service. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Circana teams to deliver client solutions and proactively identify and resolve client issues. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative or marketing discipline. - Strong attention to detail, with highly organized and proactive task-management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment. - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides. - Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across diverse stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and deliver complex, high-quality projects on time. - Preferred 1–2 years of experience in an insights and analytics or account management role. - Preferred 1–2 years of experience within the media and advertising ecosystem. The Education Program Coordinator, CME is responsible and accountable for multiple internal program activities including regularly scheduled series (RSS) and other activities as assigned.
