• Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Sales Growth to develop and execute lead generation campaigns • Research and identify new business opportunities through online databases, social media, cold outreach, and industry-specific directories • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, particularly focused on skilled nursing facilities, long-term care providers, and post-acute healthcare operators • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce the client's services • Use CRM tools to record activity, schedule follow-ups, and monitor engagement with prospects • Support in the introduction to set appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads • Report weekly on key performance indicators including leads generated, conversions, and outreach effectiveness
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, and cold calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Strong research and data management skills
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for healthcare innovation and workforce solutions
- Familiarity with Wound care industry is a plus but not required
