Business Development Manager Location: Australia - Hybrid The Team The APAC Sales team is responsible for driving regional revenue growth across Accuris' engineering intelligence and workflow solutions portfolio. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Global Sales, the team focuses on expanding our footprint within fast-growing engineering and industrial markets. The Impact This role is critical to accelerating Accuris' commercial growth across APAC, with a primary focus on the Australian market. As the front-line ambassador of our solutions, the Business Development Manager will identify new revenue opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and unlock value for customers across engineering, industrial, manufacturing, and technology sectors. The work directly contributes to expanding our regional presence, elevating customer success, and supporting Accuris' mission of powering innovation through essential engineering intelligence. Responsibilities - Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand Accuris' customer base across APAC, with a focus on new logo acquisition in Australia. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and engagement across target industries. - Lead the full commercial cycle-qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate solution positioning, pricing alignment, and successful handover to post-sales teams. - Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to senior decision-makers, articulating Accuris' value proposition and market differentiation. - Provide market intelligence and customer insights to influence product direction, go-to-market strategy, and regional commercial planning. What We're Looking For Key Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles, ideally within engineering, technical SaaS, industrial solutions, or data-driven products. - Strong understanding of solution selling, value propositions, and APAC market dynamics-especially Australia. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
