Product Owner, Admin Reporting – Equity

• Own and maintain the administrative reporting backlog • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for new admin reports • Serve as the primary product point of contact for the engineering team during sprint execution • Develop and maintain deep expertise in CEM's administrative reporting capabilities • Coordinate with QA to define test scenarios and validate admin reporting output
Job Requirements
- 1+ years in a product owner, business analyst, or junior product management role
- 2+ years of experience in equity management, equity compensation, or financial services platforms
- Demonstrated experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for reporting or analytics features
- Strong track record of working directly with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required
