• reviews of complex proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring they are effectively implemented in the Quality Management System (QMS) • represents the Company on industry working groups to develop industry standards for quality • advises senior leadership on development of business strategies that influence directives and policies • advises multi-function groups on development of processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory, statutory and AS9100 requirements are deployed • consults in high level reviews of corrective actions at the site, enterprise and customer level to assure that trends or systemic issues are identified and advises on development and implementation of corrective actions • conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability • conducts business unit risk analysis to determine audit focus areas • develops and manages business unit audits plans and schedules • trains and advises senior management on preparation for third party audits • performs benchmarking of enterprise best-practices
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with quality management systems
- 10+ years of experience conducting/leading quality management systems Audits
- candidate must be an Authenticated Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA) with authentication in AS9100 and AS9110
- bachelor's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
- 5+ years of experience with technical experience in an aerospace environment

Role Description The Senior Credentialing Representative is responsible for ensuring that credentialing information and data meets internal and external quality standards and requirements. Internal audits are performed against established standards for all credentialing and recredentialing functions within the Credentialing Center of Excellence (CCoE). The SCRA will document findings, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement. Location: Remote, Nationwide Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
