• Partner directly with Engineering leaders to track and drive execution of critical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and TPMs • Coordinate action items and program milestones from leadership meetings, ensuring accountability and timely delivery. • Support teams in collecting and validating progress reports, metrics, and updates ahead of senior reviews to enable high-quality, streamlined discussions. • Create and maintain program timelines, execution status to communicate progress and dependencies. • Facilitate collaboration across hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines. • Drive clarity and execution in ambiguous and complex environments by bringing structure, prioritization, and strong follow-through.

Job Requirements

  • Strong background (10+ years) in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Leadership.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Software (SW) and Data Center Hardware (DC HW) technologies.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools and tracking progress against complex timelines.
  • Working knowledge of software development processes, Agile / SCRUM methodologies, and release cycles.
  • Familiarity with data center operations, compute, networking, and storage infrastructure at scale.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while providing structure and driving program execution.

In a polarized and complex environment, this capability is essential for effective leadership and strong organizational cultures in the field. This role supports an expanding area of work for Leading Edge. While currently structured as a part-time position, we expect the scope and nature of the work to continue evolving over time as we learn, grow, and assess organizational needs and opportunities.
