• Provide project planning and coordination across teams. • Partner closely with engineers, designers, and relevant stakeholders to move initiatives forward. • Problem-solve independently and collaboratively to meet project goals. • Develop AI agents using Claude CoWork. • Review and refine AI agents developed by colleagues. • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and industry developments. • Lead internal AI trainings and workshops to increase adoption and effective use of AI tools.

Job Requirements

  • Strong desire to become an expert in building and deploying AI agents — treating it as a craft, not just a job function.
  • Continuous learning mindset with the ability to grow into expanded responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and departments in a highly cross-functional role.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to run discovery conversations with non-technical stakeholders and translate them into structured workflow specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading projects or initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools in workflow or automation contexts (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, LangChain, etc.).
  • At least 6+ months of experience in a business or corporate team environment.
