Role Description Assister les deux chargés de mission connaissance dans la stratégie départementale de la connaissance des risques afin de disposer d'une connaissance étendue, fiable et partagée : - Participer au recueil de données et à la production de données (SIG et cartographies) ; - Contribuer à la mise à jour des bases de données liées aux risques ; - Réaliser une veille documentaire sur les événements climatiques. Liaison hiérarchique : - Pas d'encadrement. - Sous l'autorité hiérarchique du chef d’unité et de son adjoint. Relations internes et externes : - Internes : chargés d'études, référents territoriaux, participation aux réseaux internes. - Externes : bureaux d'études, collectivités territoriales, acteurs institutionnels dans le domaine des risques naturels. Qualifications - Maîtriser les bases en logiciels bureautiques (Libreoffice, Word, Excel) ; - Posséder des notions en logiciels SIG systèmes d'information géographique (Qgis). Requirements - Analyser et synthétiser ; - Savoir rechercher des informations, notamment internet – extranet ; - Travailler en équipe. This is the future we're building. We're seeking a Senior Policy Manager to lead our US policy initiatives. This role will be instrumental in advancing OpenMined's mission by engaging with US policymakers, contributing to regulatory frameworks, and ensuring our technical solutions align with evolving privacy regulations while supporting our global infrastructure deployment strategy.

• Develop data governance policies and standards to ensure data consistency, and accessibility across the organization. • Provide technology stakeholders advice as it relates to the data governance framework and standards to ensure their ongoing compliance with data governance policies and standards. • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, including data stewardship. • Provide guidance and support to data stewards, data owners, and other stakeholders in implementing data governance practices. • Work with Data Stewards to identify and document data assets needing specific security considerations and provide oversight. • Develop and deliver training programs to promote data governance awareness and best practices across the organization. • Monitor and report on data governance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement. • Conduct data governance impact assessments to identify potential risks associated with data collection, processing, and sharing. • Provide guidance and oversight for documenting and maintaining critical data domain inventory, business metadata. • Lead data governance initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data standards and best practices.

• Report to the VP of EHS and serve as the executive point of contact for global EHS strategy and execution. • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of EHS professionals, ensuring consistency and excellence in program delivery. • Own the global EHS roadmap and lead the execution of strategic initiatives across all regions. • Oversee complex risk assessments and ensure implementation of enterprise-level mitigation strategies. • Lead global incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and systemic corrective actions. • Develop and deliver executive-level training and communications to support EHS initiatives. • Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ensure proactive compliance strategies. • Synthesize global safety data and present actionable insights to the executive team and board-level stakeholders. • Collaborate with global leaders to implement scalable, harmonized EHS solutions across the portfolio. • Champion innovation in EHS technologies, analytics, and best practices. • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management. • Develop and maintain global EHS standards, procedures, templates, and controlled documents to ensure a single source of truth across all markets.
