Staff Software Development Engineer

CVS Health

• Role requires extensive knowledge of the Novologix application • Support and lead others to develop .NET web applications and Azure cloud services • Create, implement, and ensure measures for successful execution • Provide input regarding improvement goals for business divisions • Independently perform ongoing system maintenance, research, and problem resolution • Work with Novologix ARB to identify opportunities for technology improvements • Direct groups to design, develop, and implement application projects • Develop and execute strategies for application development aligned with business objectives • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget • Interface with business stakeholders to understand requirements • Implement systems to ensure quality, reliability, and consistency of applications • Coach and mentor junior-level team members • Communicate regularly with external partners and clients

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
  • Extensive knowledge of the Novologix application
  • Proven experience of designing and delivering complex solutions for Novologix business users
  • Ability to develop .NET web applications, Azure cloud applications, API services, and SQL Server tables
