• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs. • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions. • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. • Manage the recruitment budget and resources effectively. • Create and promote strategies for successful contractor retention.
Job Requirements
- Experience recruiting 1099 contractors in the United States
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

• Phase 1: Digital Growth & SEO (50%) - Search Engine Optimization: Perform keyword research to identify high-intent terms for hiring managers and candidates; optimize website metadata, headers, and image alt-text. - Inbound Strategy: Manage the AIP Connect Linkedin page ensuring content is optimized to convert organic visitors into business leads. - Analytics & Reporting: Use Analytics and Search Console to track traffic growth and analyze areas of improement on our digital footprint. - Social Amplification: Bridge the gap between SEO and Social Media by ensuring our LinkedIn content is keyword-rich and drives traffic back to our site. • Phase 2: Recruitment & Admin Operations (50%) - Sourcing & Research: Support consultants by building long-lists of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques. - Job Board Mastery: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of job postings (Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal ATS).
