Key Accounts Executive
Dexcom
• Engage senior decision-makers — including CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and Executive Leadership Teams — to position Dexcom CGM • Lead strategic, insight-driven conversations that link health outcomes to business performance, productivity, and workforce sustainability • Translate Dexcom CGM technology and data into business-relevant outcomes, including productivity impact, cost avoidance, and return on investment • Interpret and confidently present economic, financial, and workforce-related data to support executive decision-making • Identify, shape, and develop a new enterprise market segment for Dexcom in New Zealand • Develop account-level strategies that reflect long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and complex buying processes • Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform broader commercial and strategic direction • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical and Clinical Teams, Legal and Market Access, and Leadership teams to co-create enterprise propositions
Job Requirements
- At minimum a bachelor’s degree in medical or business-related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise, C-suite
- Strong commercial background with proven ability to engage in strategic, economics-based discussions
- Experience operating in ambiguous, evolving, or greenfield commercial environments
- Executive-level communicator with presence, credibility, and influence
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate financial and organisational drivers
- High learning agility with the ability to quickly master and translate innovative technology
- Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, and motivated by building something new rather than inheriting an established model
