Role Description TEKsystems is seeking Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhT) to serve as Adherence Care Navigators in a high-volume, remote outbound call center environment. This is not a retail pharmacy role — candidates must be comfortable conducting 80–100 structured outbound calls per day to Medicare members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. - Identify and resolve medication adherence barriers for patients managing chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and asthma. - Follow structured call guides and provide patient education within defined scope. - Coordinate with pharmacies and providers as needed. - Document all interactions in real time across multiple systems. Success in this role requires: - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. - Empathy and the ability to maintain quality and professionalism in a metrics-driven environment. - Self-directed work ethic and comfort working remotely. - Commitment to HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy. Qualifications - Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). - Outbound Call Center Experience (NOT retail pharmacy). - High volume call environment (90-100 calls a day). - Medication adherence knowledge. - Microsoft Office proficiency. Role Description The Licensed Clinician provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team.
