Role Description The Licensed Clinician provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as: - Conservator’s Office - Public Guardian’s Office - Probation Department - County Behavioral Health Services - Housing and inpatient providers This individual may be assigned to work in a program or remotely based on the program business needs. Shifts Available: - Full-Time - DAYS - Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM - Days: Monday - Friday Expected starting wage range is $80,168.40 - $94,601.94. The full wage range goes up to $112,562.89. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Qualifications - Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences: Must have LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD etc. License must be valid and current. - Must have LICSW, LMHC. License must be valid and current. - A Master’s Degree in Social Sciences. - One (1) year post master’s direct service experience with mentally ill individuals. - Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver. - Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. Benefits - Paid Time Off: Eligible employees (20+ hours/week) earn PTO each pay period for vacation and personal needs, with pro-rated accrual for part-time schedules and annual carryover up to set caps. - Nine Paid Holidays & Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Role Description Oruka is looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), a field-based scientific expert that strategically supports medical affairs objectives and serves as a conduit of communication between the clinical community and Oruka’s internal team. The MSL is responsible for developing and managing peer-to-peer relationships with a variety of health care professionals and engaging in high-quality communications about Oruka’s products and clinical trials in their territory. Qualifications - Advanced degree in life sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO, MSN, NP/DNP, DMS/PA or equivalent) is required. - Minimum of 5 years relevant clinical and/or industry experience required, experience in Dermatology strongly preferred. - Prior experience as a field medical science liaison required, experience in Dermatology preferred. - Routine and tangible experience in a field medical role working with CRO and clinical operations preferred. - Relevant therapeutic area knowledge, comprehensive understanding of drug development process, clinical trial design, safety monitoring, and regulatory landscape in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. - Self-driven and ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. - Exceptional communication and time management skills. - Applicants must live within applicable territory with convenient access to national/international airport. Compensation - An appropriate financial package will be developed for the successful candidate to include a competitive base salary and equity, with a performance-related bonus opportunity. - The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work remotely is $182,000 to $235,000. Within a value-based and patient-centered model of care reporting to the Company's Lead Registered Nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) at Herself Health provides exceptional care to women ages 65 and up. Through Transitional Care Management and Triage, the RN educates and empowers women to manage their health conditions and achieve their individual goals of care. The RN role facilitates collaboration and continuity of care among team members, including providers, medical assistants, and health coaches. Essential Functions - Transitional Care Management (TCM): - Focused on outreach during the 30 days after discharge with the goal of reducing ER visits, hospitalizations, readmissions, and post-acute stays. - Reviews daily ADT feeds and initiates contact with patients within 2 days of discharge. - Schedule follow-up for TCM visit with the PCP within 7 days of discharge. - Complete weekly outreach for 30-day post-discharge. - Review discharge plan and ensures services (e.g. Physical Therapy, Home Health) are in place; provides community resources for SDOH (Social Determinants of Health) needs. - Provides patient/family education regarding health conditions and disease self-management. - Completes medication reconciliation and monitors adherence. - Documents all telephone/video interactions in EHR patient chart. - Identifies patterns and episodes of care that are predictive of future needs and services. - Coordinates care with other providers involved in the patient’s care as needed. - Triage: - Respond to patient telephone calls, refill requests, and electronic health messages. - Demonstrates critical thinking skills and expert nursing judgement to provide appropriate recommendations for care utilizing an approved evidence-based telephone nursing triage protocol. - Works with the RN scope of practice and standing orders to provide prescription refills, medication titration, and home treatments. - Educates patient regarding test results and medical conditions, and explains medical terms and procedures. - Maintains a professional demeanor and focus on patient-centered care. Qualifications - An active, unrestricted Minnesota RN license required, or ability to obtain by start date.
