Government Services Program Manager

Role Description The Government Services Program Manager, reporting to the Director, Program Management Office, will have experience and a strong aptitude in project and program management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large BPA and/or IDIQ contracts, managing both the overall program and individual task order projects within the program. This position serves as Agiliti’s single customer POC for large contracts and thus requires outstanding project management, customer service, and problem-solving capabilities. This position will also contribute as a subject matter expert for the review of additional opportunities within the federal and state government spaces. Qualifications - High School Diploma or above - Previous project management and/or program management experience with the federal government (preferably within a health care setting) or a Project Management Professional certification - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English - Must successfully pass a government background screening Requirements - Program Management – ~40% - Oversee the management and execution of large federal projects - Communicate regularly with the KO and COR - Ensure customer satisfaction, demonstrated via CPARS - Ensure 100% compliance with contract deliverables - Coordinate the operational execution of the contract work - Work with the Government Services team and contract customers to scope additional TOs - Project Management – ~35% - Manage the implementation, customer coordination, operational execution, and deliverable submissions for smaller federal contracts or individual TOs to larger contracts - Ensure project schedules and execution meet customer expectations - Serve as the singular customer POC for all project issues - Ensure KO, COR, and TO customer satisfaction - Work with internal support teams to manage invoices, accounts receivable, and payments - Work with the quality and compliance teams to ensure project exceeds customer and Agiliti standards - Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and perform internal audits to validate compliance - Capture Management - ~15% - Review requests for proposals and participate in preparing compliant proposal responses - Facilitate, manage, and maintain channel partner documentation such as teaming agreements; NDAs; and addendums - Support responses to government requests for proposals, quotes, and solicitations - Assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment - Participate in bid/no bid decisions and proposal review meetings - Administrative activity - ~10% - Perform other duties as assigned, including required training. Role Description As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
