Role Description Premier Research is looking for a Events Manager to join our Marketing team. You will help biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies transform life-changing ideas and breakthrough science into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics. What You'll Be Doing: - Contributes to the annual event strategy planning process by supporting research on the events and conferences landscape and compiling insights from prior event performance to inform participation planning aligned with business priorities. - Supports the planning and delivery of Premier Research’s events and conferences, including coordinating event logistics, securing registrations, assisting with sponsorship execution, and coordinating exhibit materials, show services, and corporate giveaways. - Coordinates administrative and operational aspects of event execution, including processing purchase orders, onboarding vendors, and tracking timelines to ensure key deliverables are met. - Assists with budget tracking and reconciliation for assigned events, including processing invoices, maintaining spend trackers, and supporting alignment with approved budgets. - Supports promotional execution for assigned events and conferences, including maintaining campaign timelines, requesting and reviewing event landing pages, ensuring event updates are reflected across channels (e.g., social media and website), and assisting with content and design needs as required. - Assists with the tracking and management of promotional item inventory, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating reorders, and ensuring timely availability for events. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g. Business Management, Marketing) or equivalent experience. - 4-5 years of related experience, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or CRO industry. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performing environment with changing priorities. - Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal). - Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines. - Must be available to perform up to 30% business travel. Requirements - Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $91,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
