Business Development Representative

Protos Security

• Establish temporary and emergency service contracts for new opportunities • Manage, qualify, and close inbound sales leads generated through website submissions • Own and execute outbound lead generation efforts, including research, outreach, cold calling, qualification, and proposal development • Conduct follow-up and analysis on lost opportunities to improve future outcomes • Collaborate with national sales, marketing, sales support, and strategic account teams to ensure a consistent go-to-market strategy

Job Requirements

  • Experience developing and managing sales leads from website submissions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while handling time-sensitive inbound inquiries
  • Proven success building and executing outbound lead generation campaigns using tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience assisting prospects and customers with urgent or emergency business needs
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze closed opportunities (won and lost) and develop strategic follow-up and campaign tactics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of organization and professionalism
  • Experience in the security industry or a related service industry is a plus
