Role Description The purpose of the IT Engineer role is to design, implement, maintain, and optimise IT systems that support organisational objectives and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for managing moderately complex technical tasks, ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability, while collaborating with team members and stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable IT solutions. Responsibilities - Develop and refine IT solutions to address medium-complexity business challenges. - Execute programming, scripting, planning, configuring, and testing of new and existing computer systems. - Contribute specialised technical support to the IT Team, occasionally taking the lead on complex tasks. - Analyse and translate business requirements into practical technical specifications. - Manage the end-to-end follow-up of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Qualifications - Approximately 2-5 years of professional experience in IT engineering or a related domain. - Proven track record in configuring and maintaining IT systems and tools, with some hands-on project experience. - Solid understanding of security protocols, networking infrastructures, and database systems, plus exposure to scripting or automation. - Adept at explaining moderately complex technical issues to diverse audiences. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, combined with relevant industry certifications (e.g. ITIL, CompTIA, CCNA, or similar). - Proven ability to manage mid-level technical tasks independently and collaboratively. - Demonstrable experience in maintaining secure, performant systems. - Strong initiative in staying current with new technologies and best practices. • Fully responsible for the financial administration and reporting of the European entities • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes • Prepare consolidations and alignment between local entities and group guidelines • Ensure compliance with BE GAAP and relevant laws and regulations • Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external auditors and advisors • Lead and develop the accounting team (AP, AR, Bank) • Ensure quality, efficiency, and ownership within the team • Maintain a stable and predictable financial operation • Drive continuous improvement and professionalization • Work closely with Business Unit Controllers • Act as the link between accounting and business control • Ensure consistent financial steering and alignment between financials and business reality • Play an active role in the implementation of Oracle NetSuite across the European organization • Optimize the NetSuite setup and related financial processes • Drive standardization, automation, and data quality improvements • Support the integration of financial processes following the merger • Harmonize ways of working across multiple entities and countries

• Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and growth opportunities • Generate new business leads and RRPs through targeted prospecting and networking • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals • Oversee the sales pipeline and provide sales forecasts • Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry events

• Oversees and leads the end-to-end execution and continuous improvement of core QMS processes • Ensures these processes are applied consistently across teams, functions, and projects • Defines, implements, and monitors key quality metrics related to deviations, CAPA effectiveness, risk trends, and change management • Acts as line manager for Quality Managers, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management • Ensures consistent and high-quality operational management of deviations, CAPA, risk management, and change control processes

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EU pharmaceutical and biotech market. • Conduct market and account research to support targeted outreach and opportunity development. • Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, and participation in industry events. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and prospective clients. • Act as a key commercial contact during the pre-award phase, supporting discussions on scope, timelines, and services. • Support ongoing client engagement to encourage repeat business and long-term collaboration. • Coordinate inputs for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals in collaboration with internal experts. • Contribute to proposal strategy, content development, and client presentations. • Support commercial discussions and handover to delivery teams once opportunities are awarded. • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking in the CRM system. • Support sales reporting and pipeline reviews, including basic forecasting. • Ensure timely follow-up on active opportunities in coordination with internal stakeholders. • Represent P95 & Julius Clinical at scientific conferences, congresses, and client meetings. • Strengthen P95’s and Julius Clinical visibility and reputation within the European clinical research and RWE community.

• Oversee planning and execution of medium to large regional or multi-regional clinical studies, ensuring speed, quality, and cost optimization • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and customer satisfaction • Lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and milestone achievement • Develop and implement integrated study management plans • Monitor project progress, mitigate and manage risks, and resolve issues proactively • Ensure compliance with GEP, GVP and local regulations, and company processes • Manage project financials, including forecasting, scope changes, and revenue acceleration opportunities • Mentor and support team members, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing • Lead bid defense presentations and contribute to study strategy development

• Oversee the creation and submission of business proposals, playing a crucial role in the sales process • Ensure that proposals are compelling, compliant, and aligned with both the client’s needs and the company’s offerings • Manage the proposal budget and inputs from various internal stakeholders during the proposal process • Create and maintain a library of proposal content, templates, and graphics • Work closely with the commercial, finance and legal teams to draft initial client contracts on award of a project • Perform quality control edits on all budgets and contracts and participate in the finalization of documents before distribution to the customer and internal departments

• Oversee planning and execution of medium to large, regional or multi-regional RWE studies, ensuring speed, quality, and cost optimization • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and customer satisfaction • Drive cross-functional integration across epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, medical affairs, regulatory, and vendor partners • Develop and implement integrated study management plans • Monitor project progress, mitigate and manage risks, and resolve issues proactively • Ensure compliance with GEP, GVP and local regulations (LGDP, LFPDPPP, PDPL, HIPAA, GDPR, and other country specific ethics requirements), and company processes • Manage project financials, including forecasting, scope changes, and revenue acceleration opportunities • Mentor and support team members, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing • Lead bid defense presentations and contribute to study strategy development
