Role Description The Salesforce Cloud Engineer – FordPro Tech Team is responsible for the design, configuration, development, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions supporting FordPro’s commercial vehicle sales, fleet management, and dealer ecosystem operations. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, and Integration teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce capabilities that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and data integrity across FordPro’s global B2B sales channels. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce platform expertise with enterprise integration experience and strong DevOps discipline. - Salesforce Solution Engineering - Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with FordPro commercial sales processes. - Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools. - Build scalable data models supporting fleet customers, multi-account hierarchies, and complex opportunity structures. - Optimize Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, and Sales Agreement processes. - Enterprise Integration & Data Architecture - Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and: - Order Management Systems - Dealer Management Systems (DMS) - ERP platforms - Identity & Access Management systems - Utilize APIs (REST/SOAP), Platform Events, CDC, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft). - Ensure consistent and authoritative data flow across FIN, ProID, SCAID, and related systems. - Support real-time and batch data synchronization strategies. - DevOps & Environment Management - Follow CI/CD best practices using DevOps or equivalent pipelines. - Support Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production deployment strategies. - Maintain version control and release governance. - Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering standards. - Data Quality & Governance - Implement validation, automation, and monitoring to ensure high data integrity. - Support master data management strategies for dealer and fleet accounts. - Contribute to governance frameworks around security, role hierarchy, and sharing models. - Performance & Optimization - Diagnose and resolve system performance issues. - Optimize automation to avoid recursion, governor limits, and technical debt. - Monitor system health, integration reliability, and API limits. - Collaboration & Agile Delivery - Participate in SAFe / Agile ceremonies. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs. - Provide technical documentation including solution diagrams and architecture artifacts. - Mentor junior developers and support technical upskilling across the team. • Lead the migration of a full-stack, AI-enabled application into Google Cloud Platform (GCP) within a cArmy environment • Operate as the primary cloud SME, driving architecture, design, and implementation decisions • Design and implement scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions leveraging GCP services • Collaborate with Army stakeholders, Google partners, and internal teams to align technical solutions with mission needs • Interface across multiple teams to coordinate migration efforts and ensure successful delivery • Establish best practices for cloud architecture, security, and deployment in a regulated environment • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows • Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, application, and data layers • Lay the foundation for future migrations and help shape a repeatable cloud adoption strategy • Provide technical leadership and mentorship as the team grows

• Lead Azure tenant-to-tenant migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration optimization • Oversee large-scale file migrations from on-premises environments to Azure Files, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft cloud services • Drive cloud cost optimization across Azure and M365 — right-sizing, reserved instances/savings plans, license rationalization, and FinOps reporting — to deliver measurable savings • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess, plan, and execute cloud modernization and migration strategies • Lead integration projects across a variety of platforms and tools • Design, build, and maintain integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures to enable secure and scalable data exchange across cloud platforms • Develop automation workflows • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout all migration, integration, and platform operations, aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework • Provide advanced support for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity management, conditional access, and Zero Trust controls • Design and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery solutions — Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, geo-redundancy, and tested RTO/RPO targets — to keep AvonRisk operations resilient • Develop and maintain automation scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, ARM, or Terraform) for migration, provisioning, monitoring, and operational efficiency • Establish and enforce Azure governance — landing zones, management groups, policy, RBAC, and tagging — consistent with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework • Mentor junior engineers and serve as the highest-level escalation point for cloud infrastructure and platform issues • Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure, migration, and integration challenges across Azure and M365 • Stay current with emerging Azure and M365 capabilities, recommending best practices and innovations aligned with industry-standard cloud architecture principles

Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in IT or Technology-related disciplines with progressively increasing responsibility. - 5+ years of experience working with cloud native GCP and hybrid cloud environments. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages. - 3+ years’ experience with application development using technologies such as Java, Springboot, Python, etc. - 2+ years’ experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager.
