Role Description An experienced and productive professional responsible to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control key processes that influence customer satisfaction and/or enhance and streamline organizational effectiveness. - Participates in the facilitation of complex cross functional projects from conception to completion. - Supports in calculating potential and actual cost to be used in process improvement evaluations. - Participates in completing time studies on processes and methods to help achieve balance and flow. - Defines the business case for each initiative with input from stakeholders by identifying and gaining agreement on project objectives, scope, timing, and resources. - Investigate, analyze, and recommend solutions to drive safety, quality, process, and cost improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing), Business Administration or similar; or equivalent combinations of education and experience. - 3 years or more of related experience, preferably in construction management, industrial engineering, quality, safety, electrical, or similar type role. - Technical writing experience and a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt certification is preferred and/or the ability to complete certification in the first year of employment. Requirements - Ability to travel 50% of the time, if needed. - Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills. - Ability to negotiate and drive effective changes. Benefits - $68,684.00 - $99,593.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity. Role Description The Identity Functional Analyst defines, documents, and oversees the processes required to define release scope and objectives based on stakeholder and end-user needs, federal requirements, and industry best practices.
