Role Description The Identity Functional Analyst defines, documents, and oversees the processes required to define release scope and objectives based on stakeholder and end-user needs, federal requirements, and industry best practices. This position is 100% virtual/work-from-home. - Coordinate identification, definition, and prioritization of the stakeholder requirements for Planning Increments. - Manage the requirements definition processes to populate the backlog for each of the IAM services that include: - VA Master Person Index (VA MPI) - Account Provisioning and Deprovisioning System (APDS) - Provisioning - Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC) - Single Sign-on Secure Token Service (STS) - Account Management System (AMS) - Develop and maintain IAM Identity Requirements Specification, integration Requirements Specification documents, and integration system design documents. - Lead identity integration analysis. - Coordinate elaboration of identity service requests to include meeting with customer applications, documenting use cases, and documenting requirements. - Develop and maintain IAM identity use cases and activity diagrams. - Provide support to the IAM VA Project Managers (PMs) for business and development/integration meetings. - Maintain requirements and requirements traceability in the GitHub and Jira tools. - Support development of identity information briefings. - Support identity functionality demonstrations. - Identify and outline all applicable tasks and milestones necessary to complete the integration and enterprise service release on time. - Define relationships (dependencies) between tasks. - Define dependencies between tasks.
