Field Service Technician
NOV
• Perform field installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESP systems. • Ensure job quality through adherence to procedures and safety standards. • Accurately complete field service documentation and job reports. • Communicate effectively with field leadership and customers. • Maintain all company-issued equipment and tools. • Follow all NOV HSE and operational policies. • Coordinate activities on-site with supervisors and engineers. • Report job site incidents, near misses, and abnormal conditions. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in safety meetings.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with ESP systems preferred.
- Technical/vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus.
- Strong reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in outdoor oilfield environments.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and electronic job reporting tools.
