Field Service Technician

• Prioriza y planifica llamadas de servicio de acuerdo con los acuerdos de nivel de servicio al cliente y para garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente. • Se comunica con los clientes para informarles sobre el tiempo estimado de llegada. • Promueve la alta calidad del servicio y sigue hasta asegurar la finalización de la llamada. • Escala solicitudes de servicio según sea necesario para la resolución. • Mantiene la satisfacción del cliente asegurando comunicación y un comportamiento y apariencia profesional. • Realiza funciones de instalación básica (por ejemplo, tirar cables, montar dispositivos, instalar cerraduras). • Realiza arreglos técnicos como liberar atascos de papel, tarjeta y billetes. • Apoya a los técnicos de servicio realizando inspecciones de mantenimiento preventivo.

Job Requirements

  • Educación o experiencia laboral equivalente requerida.
  • Mínimo de 0-2 años de experiencia relevante o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia en el servicio de campo de primera línea.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Licencia de conducir y antecedentes de conducción que satisfacen los requisitos de la flota de DN.
