• Running presales discovery calls and workshops to uncover security gaps, threat exposure, and compliance obligations • Designing technically accurate, commercially sound cyber proposals • Positioning the right solutions like MDR/EDR, SOC, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, email security, identity protection, or compliance frameworks • Presenting confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Supporting the wider sales team and mentoring less experienced presales colleagues

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a cyber security presales, consultancy or technical advisory role
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 and Defender suite
  • Security awareness training and key compliance frameworks knowledge
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ or CySA+ are a bonus
  • Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework

Role Description The Pre-Authorization Nurse 2 reviews prior authorization requests for appropriate care and setting, following guidelines and policies, and approves services or forwards requests to the appropriate stakeholder. The Pre-Authorization Nurse 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Pre-Authorization Nurse 2 completes medical necessity and level of care reviews for requested services using clinical judgment and refers to internal stakeholders for review depending on case findings.
