• Lead the end-to-end program management of our consumption pricing transformation, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations • Drive the evolution of our GTM systems and architecture, including CPQ, CRM, billing, and ERP integrations to support usage-based pricing models • Redesign core revenue processes such as quoting, forecasting, segmentation, and compensation to align with a consumption-driven business model • Partner with Data and Revenue Intelligence teams to build scalable frameworks for usage tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement • Establish program governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional operating cadences to ensure alignment, mitigate risk, and deliver against key milestones
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within high-growth SaaS or AI organizations, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale initiatives
- Direct experience with pricing model evolution (seat-based to consumption/usage-based) and understand the downstream impact: SKU architecture, credit unit design, contract structure, rev rec treatment, GTM roles and compensation, and expansion motion redesign
- Deep familiarity with GTM and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, billing platforms, ERP) and understand how data flows across the revenue lifecycle
- Comfortable operating at both the strategic and execution levels—defining vision, aligning stakeholders, and driving outcomes in ambiguous environments
- Excel at building alignment across senior stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear plans, and driving decisions without direct authority.
