Job Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant IT sales experience
- Field-based sales experience at a VAR is a plus
- Experience selling top IT infrastructure and/or security providers
- Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client needs and position our solutions effectively.

Orthopedic Surgeon - PRN
STGiReceives FOH program direction from the FOH Medical Director or designee. Notifies FOH Medical Director or designee of any planned Leave of absence using established processes. Attends all monthly RMO calls in real time or by viewing recorded sessions. Presents interesting case or topic to RMOs apropos to law enforcement or medical surveillance at least once each calendar year. Completes all required training and demonstrates proficiency in using FOH IT systems for the performance of reviews and communication. Reviews and complies with all federal cybersecurity policies and standard operating procedures. Demonstrates a high level of professional conduct. Provides quality work products in a short time frame, which is pre-determined by the type of work that is to be completed. Role Description STGi is currently seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon - Reviewing Medical Officer (RMO) who is board certified in Orthopedic medicine for Federal Occupational Health Services. The position is open to candidates nationwide and is fully remote. The Reviewing Medical Officer (RMO) in the Medical Employability Program (MEP) provides consultative reviews for federal agencies requesting a formal written medical opinion on cases involving: - Reasonable Accommodation - FMLA - Federal loan forgiveness - Fitness for duty or return to work evaluations - Handicapped parking requests - Advanced Sick Leave The RMO works independently but provides consultation, training, and collaboration for other team members to ensure the quality of reviews and a high level of customer service. Essential Functions: - Providing expert advice on occupational health issues involving an Orthopedic Surgeon component. - Providing witness testimony regarding fitness for duty or reasonable accommodation cases, if necessary. - Applying program requirements to all interactions as required (training provided). - Attending required meetings and administering annual clinical structured interviews. - Determining position suitability based on the orthopedic surgeon interview and test results as they relate to the job task analysis and the medical standards provided. - Notifying when an employee fails the specified component of the medical standards or reasonable expectation employee is unable to perform their job in a safe, secure, reliable manner. - Communicating information related to the Orthopedic Surgeon program or employee suitability as needed. - Interfacing and consulting with others as needed. - Evaluating and assessing orthopedic surgeon program security information. - Making final orthopedic surgeon recommendations regarding difficult cases. - Receiving program direction from the FOH Medical Director. - Evaluating workers’ compensation case files, interpreting medical reports, evaluating medical evidence and test results, translating technical medical language, and providing guidance or instruction to customer agencies regarding general medical issues that pertain to workers’ compensation cases. - Submitting monthly billing in the specified format and by specified deadlines. - Complying with DFEC program requirements regarding access to and use of DOL databases or applications that contain confidential medical and personal information. - May be required to conduct hands-on examinations (if so privileged by FOH), render a professional opinion as it relates to work clearances or recommendations consistent with the examination findings and established physical qualifications. - Completing training on DFEC policy, procedures, and regulations prior to performing case reviews. - Performing medical consultation in accordance with FOH’s policy and standard operating procedures. - Completing reviews in accordance with evidence-based recommendations, industry standards, and nationally recognized health care quality organizations.
