- Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across different departments and seniority levels - Support short-term, high-priority hiring needs during this temporary contract period - Source, screen, and manage candidates through all stages of the interview process - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and near-term hiring needs - Conduct screening calls and coordinate interview and selection processes - Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders - Deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience - Assist with onboarding activities as needed - Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and role levels simultaneously
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic, growing organization
- Strong interview and assessment skills, including evaluating both technical and cultural fit
- High comfort level using applicant tracking systems; FreshTeam experience is a plus
- Ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract diverse, high-quality talent

- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
