• Weiterentwicklung und Governance des IT Service Portfolio Management Prozesses • Definition verbindlicher Standards für Servicebeschreibungen, SLAs, KPIs und Reporting • Steuerung von Reviews sowie Entscheidungsprozessen für neue oder geänderte IT-Services • Unterstützung von Service Managern über den gesamten Service-Lifecycle hinweg • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Einheiten und externen Dienstleistern (SIAM-Umfeld)

Job Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management, idealerweise im Service Portfolio Management
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von SIAM- und Multi-Vendor-Modellen
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen ITSM-Tools (z. B. ServiceNow) von Vorteil
  • ITIL-Zertifizierung (z. B. ITIL 4 MP) wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstärke auf Management- und Stakeholder-Ebene
