• Perform work safely and efficiently at customer sites, adhering to all local and site requirements • Troubleshoot, repair and maintain automation equipment • Manage Work Orders, assets, and inventory at client sites • Evaluate automated systems performance and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and best practices • Identify and engage with potential equipment and/or material suppliers • Utilize technical and reference manuals to support and ensure proper diagnostics and repairs • Develop and maintain knowledge base of issues and resolutions for timely reference and response to incidents • Utilize hand and power tools as required • Prepare field service reports, including work performed, parts usage, and recommendations • Travel as required to support customer to sites • Work with the client, suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers to resolve issues • Build and maintain professional internal and external relationships with coworkers, leadership, subcontractors, and clients across all levels • Perform additional duties in support of company goals and strategic initiatives • Support the development of training plans, materials and other documentation

• Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment, including: Static transfer switches, Power distribution units, Remote power panels • Provide technical support to customers on-site and remotely via phone and email • Maintain accurate and timely service records in the LayerZero system • Respond to emergency service calls, including participation in the 24/7 support rotation • Travel to customer sites across the U.S. and Canada as required • Occasional weekend or holiday work may be necessary

• Travel to customer sites across Northwest of Europe (primarily Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Ireland) as well as rest of Europe to install, service, update, and repair Thermo Fisher SUT hardware and automation products • Provide expert technical support and problem-solving for our cutting-edge bioproduction equipment • Conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs on a diverse range of high-value analytical instruments • Perform commissioning and qualification of equipment by implementing Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Installation/Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) Protocols • Combine technical expertise with superior customer service skills to address complex issues and support our customers in achieving breakthrough discoveries • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues and improve processes • Provide basic product training and technical assistance on our instrumentation to our customers and internal Sales team • Report all activities on Sales Force Service desk, providing customer feedback to management, hardware and software groups • Aid in optimizing revenue and new product development opportunities; Assist in demonstration of our products to potential customers • Maintain technical competency by attending trainings, employee meetings and remaining up to speed on new products, markets, customers and competitor

• Planmäßige Wartung und Reparatur von Medizingeräten im Bereich MRT und Mammographie nach Maßgabe von technischen Dokumentationen und/oder Modifikationsanweisungen • Eigenständige Diagnose und Lösung technischer Probleme am Kundenstandort sowie Problemlösung mittels Ferndiagnose als Regional Online Engineer • Selbständige Installation und Deinstallation von Medizinsystemen oder optionaler Baugruppen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung • Fristgerechte Erledigung aller Verwaltungsaufgaben (insbesondere tägliche Serviceberichte, wöchentliche Arbeitsblätter, Wartungsprotokolle und sonstige erforderliche Unterlagen) • Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Schulungen für technische Neuerungen, auch im Ausland • Wartung der Werkzeuge/Instrumente und Prüfeinrichtungen und Sicherstellung der Kalibrierung
