Data Analyst – Custom Solutions

• Design, build, and maintain Sigma dashboards that visualize AI and interaction performance across client accounts • Lead standardization efforts — developing reusable dashboard templates and a consistent KPI framework • Analyze AI agent performance data with a focus on call containment rates • Develop and deliver weekly performance scorecards and support quarterly business reviews • Partner with Customer Success Managers to prepare and present data-driven insights during client reviews

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Sigma for dashboard development
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences
  • Experience developing performance scorecards, trend reports, or similar recurring analytical deliverables
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach
