• Drive deep-dive investigations into KPI shifts, going beyond surface-level reporting to uncover root causes and hidden trends • Lead and mentor a team of Brand Analysts, developing them from data reporters into strategic co-owners of their respective brands • Maintain 360-degree oversight of the entire business ecosystem, monitoring how acquisition, CRM, and fraud initiatives impact each other • Bridge business and data science teams, translating complex commercial needs into technical requirements for ML models • Create innovative segmentation strategies that enhance predictive model accuracy for churn, LTV, and propensity modeling • Act as the final gatekeeper for brand health, ensuring growth in one area doesn't compromise performance elsewhere

- Proven commercial or analytical experience within Social Gaming or iGaming environments
- Strong P&L mindset with business owner mentality focused on optimization and efficiency
- Leadership experience with passion for developing analytical talent into strategic thinkers
- Technical literacy including understanding of data structures, SQL, and how Machine Learning creates business value
- Natural drive to dig deeper into data until the hidden truth is uncovered
- Ability to challenge the status quo by asking second and third-order questions that lead to deeper business understanding.

This position is ideal for a technically hands-on leader-technician who can connect architecture, analytics, and business process improvement to deliver actionable intelligence. Responsibilities Data Architecture & Engineering - Own and maintain the technical architecture of Quorum’s Enterprise Data Warehouse (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL). - Design and implement scalable data models that represent business processes and operational metrics. - Manage data ingestion pipelines from systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and other enterprise platforms. - Ensure reliability, scalability, and cost optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure. - Define standards for data quality, refresh cadence, and model performance. Analytics & Business Process Enablement - Translate business workflows into analytical models and visualizations that drive insight and accountability. - Manage and optimize Power BI and Tableau workspaces, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting delivery. - Collaborate with business teams to build dashboards that monitor performance, revenue, renewals, and churn metrics. - Align analytics design with operational processes to ensure business users can make real-time, data-informed decisions. - Deliver and maintain core dashboards such as Master FP&A, SARR, and Executive Bookings Reporting.
