• We are looking for a Payments & Wallet Product Manager who owns one of the most critical systems in the business and who gets things done. • Improve conversion, approval rates, and payment success. • Reduce friction, failure, and drop-offs. • Drive wallet intelligence and personalization. • Leverage AI, ML and Data Science to optimise every step of the payments funnel. • Deeply understand player behaviour across the payments funnel: Where users drop, why payments fail, what drives conversion. • Continuously analyse: Approval rates, Payment latency, Provider performance, Fraud / KYC impact. • Drive AI-powered routing optimisation: Select the best provider dynamically per user. • Identify patterns in: Payment failures, Fraud signals, Behavioural drop-off. • Build intelligent wallet experiences: Suggested top-ups, Currency optimisation, personal offers. • Own delivery for your product area end-to-end: from spec to launch. • Manage a healthy backlog: well-prioritized, well-understood by the team, and connected to goals that matter, such as revenue, conversion and player experience. • Identify and surface blockers early. If something is at risk, the right people know about it before it becomes a problem. Ship fast but measure everything. • Manage multiple workstreams in parallel without losing track of any of them. You know which plate is spinning fastest and can adjust your focus accordingly. • Build effective working relationships with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, Commercial, and CRM.
• Write well-designed, testable, and scalable code that performs flawlessly in production; • Take part in the full development cycle from sprint planning to release cycles; • Ensure smooth development and cooperation between dev teams and product owners; • Build customer-facing consumer web and mobile applications for global audiences; • Implement third-party integrations including external APIs and analytics; • Optimize for SEO performance and PageSpeed improvements.
• Design, operate, and evolve production-grade Kubernetes clusters with focus on high availability, scaling, networking, and security • Lead incident response and troubleshooting across distributed systems, conducting thorough postmortems to drive continuous improvement • Build and maintain robust CI/CD and release pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps • Manage Infrastructure as Code and environments using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm • Implement GitOps-based deployments with Argo CD for seamless, automated releases • Drive observability and alerting strategies using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK to ensure system health
• Write well-designed, testable and scalable code in a timely manner • Take part in the full development cycle from sprint planning to release cycles • Ensure smooth development and cooperation between dev teams and product owners • Build and maintain high-load systems that handle massive scale • Troubleshoot production issues using metrics, alerts, monitoring and profiling • Contribute to seamless scaling and automation initiatives

• Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing across web and mobile applications serving up to 150 million customers • Take part in functional testing of cross-team global changes • Create detailed bug reports and communicate with third-party vendors to resolve issues • Monitor system alerts and validate fixes, ensuring seamless platform performance • Run automation tests and analyze results to maintain our commitment to high-quality code • Conduct cross-browser mobile web testing using industry-standard tools and methodologies
• Provide technical support to internal employees via remote tools, chat, and email • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues across all platforms • Manage tickets and prioritize requests to ensure timely response and resolution • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot laptops and mobile devices for team members • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and software installations on employee devices • Document solutions and build our knowledge base to help the team learn and grow
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leadership to oversee delivery of multiple complex projects and programs • Develop and maintain delivery plans and roadmaps, tracking progress against milestones and ensuring clear scope definition • Coordinate dependencies across teams while facilitating priority alignment discussions for shared understanding and execution focus • Engage in technical conversations, reading architecture documentation and translating engineering constraints into program plans • Manage stakeholder communication and implement change management with partner teams, senior leaders, and executives • Lead continuous improvements to delivery processes and coach teams on project methodologies and best practices
• Analyze gaming economy health and player behavior to identify revenue optimization opportunities • Partner with CRM teams to design, track, and analyze campaigns, building player segmentation models to maximize lifetime value • Develop advanced Tableau and Looker dashboards plus automated reports for real-time player lifecycle visibility • Translate data science models into actionable monetization solutions for leadership • Validate features via A/B testing and statistical analysis to champion a testing culture • Forecast impacts of gamification features on engagement and spend, then measure results
