Role Description The National Admissions Advisor is an entry-point position in which the employee will begin to interface with prospective students in support of their decision to attend/select school. At the same time, the National Admissions Advisor is also learning about the University's programs and approved admissions processes and procedures. A National Admissions Advisor will be expected to meet both qualitative and quantitative goals and objectives compliantly and ethically. - Responsible for meeting action plans in order to meet qualitative and quantitative goals objectives. - Professionally assists prospective students through the admissions process in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations, school policies and procedures, and in compliance with all accrediting standards and requirements. - Conduct telephone interviews and e-mail correspondence to identify student prospects and determine their educational needs, concerns and interests. - Develop a rapport with prospective students and maintain contact with them frequently. - Partners with departments outside of Admissions to ensure the delivery of a high level of service to every student. - Ensure enrolled students submit required documents to begin coursework. - Encourage and guide students to utilize the virtual classroom preparatory course. - Assist students through the orientation process. - Consistently operates within, and is measured with respect to, the school's expected behaviors: Execution, Communication/Feedback and Professionalism. - Ensure compliance with applicable University policies and procedures. - Other Duties as Assigned or Requested. • The Senior Consultant serves as a key delivery lead for workforce planning and human capital analytics activities, supporting federal clients in assessing workforce capabilities and designing actionable solutions. • Lead execution of future workforce demand analyses, translating strategic initiatives into roles, skills, and capacity requirements. • Develop role-based frameworks, competency models, and skill taxonomies aligned to enterprise workforce planning needs. • Conduct current workforce supply and capability assessments, leveraging workforce data, assessments, and validation techniques. • Design and implement skills and competency assessments using IO psychology methodologies. • Perform workforce gap and scenario analyses, identifying capacity and skill shortfalls across multiple planning scenarios. • Translate workforce gaps into mission and operational risks to support leadership decision-making. • Develop human capital solutions and program recommendations, including reskilling, recruiting, and retention strategies. • Support creation of human capital roadmaps, incorporating change management and performance metrics. • Contribute to organizational alignment and enterprise engagement assessments. • Prepare executive-ready deliverables, including reports, presentations, and data visualizations. • Collaborate with Project Manager and junior staff to deliver work on time and within scope.
