Account Manager
Custom Truck One Source
• Drive new and used equipment sales across the Quebec and Maritimes territory, including tools, equipment, and CTOS rental offerings • Prospect, cold call, and develop new customer relationships • Conduct needs assessments and deliver consultative sales presentations • Develop quotes in partnership with CTOS estimators • Close new business and manage delivery of trucks and equipment • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers • Build and manage a full sales pipeline • Plan and organize daily and weekly sales activities • Perform market analysis and segmentation to identify key prospects • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product offerings • Resolve customer issues and recommend solutions • Track all activity, opportunities, and results in Salesforce • Submit regular call reports, territory plans, and sales forecasts • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Job Requirements
- Fluent bilingual (French and English)
- 3–5+ years of outside sales experience within:
- Utility equipment
- Vocational or medium/heavy-duty trucks
- Construction or agricultural equipment
- Equipment rental or fleet sales
- Proven track record of new business development and sales growth
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable managing performance metrics and revenue goals
- Valid driver’s license

A Day in the Life The Executive Surgical Account Manager will be responsible for driving surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio, including Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation.
