Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst in IT-related projects.
- Proven experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and documentation, with strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Working knowledge of Jira (or similar tools) for managing requirements, user stories, and backlog items.
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation (e.g., BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions across cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization to support business insights, reporting, and informed decision‑making.
