• Desarrollar modelos estadísticos de segmentación de clientes que ayuden a identificar señales de alerta y operaciones inusuales relacionadas con LAFT. • Construir e implementar de manera metódica modelos analíticos con el fin de optimizar procesos por medio de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales. • Proponer e articular la implementar estrategias integrales de monitoreo de y seguimiento a las operaciones de los clientes, para la mitigación del riesgo LAFT según nuevos productos y servicios. • Diseñar, implementar y monitorear indicadores descriptivos y prospectivos que permitan evaluar la efectividad y madurez de los sistemas de administración de riesgos. • Apoyar la consolidación, validación y envío oportuno de la información y reportes periódicos exigidos por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, asegurando la integridad, calidad y veracidad de los datos reportados. • Colaborar estrechamente con diferentes dominios de la organización para identificar oportunidades de aplicación de análisis de datos y proporcionar soluciones basadas en evidencia. • Definición y cálculo de las métricas de negocio asociadas a Compliance y gestión de riesgo LAFT. • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, como gerentes de productos, marketing y operaciones, para alinear las estrategias de gestión de riesgo LAFT con diferentes productos y servicios. • Generar insights basados en datos que permitan definir y ajustar las estrategias orientadas hacia la gestión del riesgo. • Desarrollar y mantener informes regulares y ad hoc que proporcionen visibilidad sobre los principales. • Trabajar con equipos de ingeniería de datos para garantizar que se recopilen, procesen y analicen adecuadamente los datos relevantes para el producto de cuenta digital. • Garantizar que el manejo y análisis de datos cumplan con las regulaciones de privacidad de datos y las políticas internas de cumplimiento.

Job Requirements

  • Profesional en ingeniería industrial, economía, matemáticas, estadística o afines.
  • +3 años de experiencia como Business Analyst, Científico de datos o Data Analyst.
  • Conocimiento avanzado y demostrado en SQL.
  • Conocimiento medio-avanzado de Python.
  • Comprensión de conceptos estadísticos para interpretar datos e identificar patrones.
  • Experiencia en análisis de transacciones y comportamiento del cliente en entidades financieras o fintech.
  • Profundo conocimiento de métodos estadísticos y de machine learning, y su aplicación a problemas comerciales complejos realizando modelamiento de problemas de clasificación, regresión, clusterización, entre otros.
  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de big data (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de la suite de AWS de ML, incluyendo la implementación y gestión de soluciones automatizadas y escalables como AWS Canvas AutoML y AWS Sagemaker.
  • Deseable conocimiento en los servicios de consulta, analítica avanzada y visualización de AWS (Redshift, Athena, Quicksight, Metabase, Sagemaker).
  • Habilidad para facilitar el entendimiento de conceptos técnicos a audiencias no técnicas y promover una cultura basada en datos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios y adaptarse a entornos cambiantes.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para presentar hallazgos y conocimientos a las partes interesadas no técnicas.
  • Fuertes habilidades para resolver e identificar problemas, proponer soluciones y hacer recomendaciones basadas en datos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Role Description The Business Transformation intern will learn the duties of the Business Transformation team and assist with process mapping activities across all Grow Financial business units.
